Electron-Beam Welding

MODISON offers the state of art automatic punching and contact welding line suitable for pre-punching non-ferrous metal strips, guiding and welding of contact formed through solid endless wires from coils, multiple bending, thread forming, chamfering, final forming and punching of contact parts.

The setup can produce up to 50-100 contact assemblies per minute depending on the dimensions and overall geometry. Both fix and moving contacts can be made on the same line.

Modison possesses four standalone setup having capabilities of vertical and horizontal contact welding all under one roof. This setup can produce various forms of assemblies used in contactors, relays and several modular devices.
